High Tea for Two

Okay, so I know it's been approximately 100 years since I updated the blog last. But in my defense, I've had a lot going on! If you don't believe me, check out my instagram.

In just a few short days, my best friend will be arriving from the warmth of California, to freeze her butt off, and spend some time with lil' old me. After this post I'm thinking she may want to head for a spot of afternoon tea to warm up.

A few weeks back mum and I dressed to the nines (or eights... let's be honest) and had some late tea. No need for dinner, let me tell you. It was lovely, and while I'd love to head back, I think it's time to try another venue. Why not, eh?

This tea was enjoyed at the Chesterfield Mayfair, and was simply divine. If you're in London and want to enjoy some over-the-top-royal-like tea, head over. The service and the people are so nice as well, so five stars for that!
